King Beef is initially hidden on the Detroit MVS cabinet select screen. Use either of the following two verified methods to unlock him permanently in your browser session:
On the Character Selection Grid, highlight Bruh-Man and enter:
You will hear King Beef shout "Taste the Smoke!" and his portrait will appear in the center slot.
Complete Martin's Story Campaign on Hard or Very Hard difficulty without losing a single round.
King Beef will trigger an unexpected Challenger Approaching duel in Nipsey's Smokehouse.
